Don’t worry. Once you register and are approved, we’ll provide you with a dashboard containing some pre-composed messages and marketing materials you can customize before sending to your business contacts that would benefit from our solutions. We’ll also give you a platform where you submit leads with required information, such as phone number, e-mail address, etc.
If one of your referrals accepts an invitation to be contacted from the correspondence you sent using our Empowerment tools, they will be assigned to a Business Account Executive for follow-up. The Account Executive will update the status as further interactions take place. You can view the real time status of referrals within your account.
Essentially, anyone providing business products/services and are in a position to recommend Cable ONE Business services to customers is eligible. Some restrictions apply. Review the User Agreement to learn more.
You can refer them, but you won't receive a reward for referring a family-owned business. Agent Advocates can only have vendor/customer relationships with their referrals.
Not as part of the Advocate Rewards program. Referred businesses must not have been a Cable ONE Business customer within 90 days of any referral submission.
The referral must be within a Cable ONE serviceable area for you to collect any rewards. Additionally, they must sign a minimum 12-month contract within 30 days of their referral.

While there is no limit to the total amount, there is a limit on the amount per sale depending on the type of service for which your referral signs up:
SMB Coax Products (Internet, Phone, Cable TV)..........................$1,500
Enterprise Fiber Products (DIA, EPL)............................................$5,000
Additionally, the amount you are paid out is equal to the new customer’s first month of Monthly Recurring Charges (MRC) before taxes, fees, and one time charges.
Rewards payouts will begin 35 days after installation of any new service(s). You will receive a check in the mail.
